Vigilance Reporting Mechanism

Following the Rana Plaza collapse in Bangladesh in April 2013, the legislator (Law No. 2017-399 of March 27, 2017 on the duty of vigilance of parent companies and contracting companies) intended to require certain companies to establish a vigilance plan with reasonable measures of vigilance, to identify the risks and prevent serious violations against human rights and fundamental freedoms, the health and safety of individuals and the environment, resulting from the activities of the company and those of its subsidiaries.
