Our Business Development programme

Kuehne + Nagel accompanies and supports you all the way along a 2-year training programme, culminating in a permanent employment contract.

1.       Air freight: 3 months

2.       Sea freight: 3 months

3.       Customer service: 3 months

4.       Sales support: 3 months

5.       Time abroad: 3 months

6.       Sales department: 9 months

You will be assisted by a tutor throughout the process. This privileged relationship will facilitate your integration and progress within the group.


Your profile

·        You are keen on managing projects in an international environment

·        You are a young graduate with a 4-year degree or a Masters degree (Bac + 4 or Bac + 5) or you have had your first work experience

·        Your degree is in international business and/or business administration

·        You speak fluent English

·        You are creative, entrepreneurial, tenacious, open and honest
