Kuehne+Nagel has developed a simplified pricing system by package and by area in addition to a specific process for each type of customer :
- For private adressess : Before home deliveries are made, a delivery appointment is sent by SMS. The goods can also be picked up directly from any of our 56 depots
- For Cafés, Hotels and Restaurants : Deliveries are made before 11am or after 3pm
- For Supermarkets / Hypermarkets : Deliveries are made in accordance with the appointments
